This client knew exactly what she wanted but not quite how to arrive at the plan. The tiny laundry had three doors, dogs bed, food, toys, oh and a washing machine in there too! A new laundry was very much needed, but how to locate it on the corner of home without entering through and spoiling the desired kitchen.
The wonderfully painted blue kitchen was in the center of the home and as often is the case it was the central traffic hub. The study area of the family room was ideal new kitchen location with view to rear garden using the existing laundry as the butlers pantry.
The solution presented by using the toilet room for a little hallway, adding a new powder room and laundry with excellent flow, massive store space and access to rear garden.
