The purchase of a Heritage listed building can require judicious care but this project seems to court only the “petty sessions”.

The beautiful craftsmanship of the hand drawn plans and detailed brick and fretwork is testament to another age. Renovations were to be all interior and the results have created a wonderful quirky and modern home with great kitchen, library and bathroom.
