1960's to 2016 Spelndour

This lucky young couple were able to purchase this unit quickly and easily. We quickly created plan for renovation to include two bedrooms and two en suites. There had not been any attention payed except for a bathroom since 1960's.

This young couple were lucky enough to find this unit at an exceptionally good time and price. They also had the advantage of being able to live rent free very close by while building works were underway. They requested two bedrooms and two en suites and an open living area.
My first step in the door as I saw through to the laundry, I thought “That is an ensuite”. We put in a Euro laundry in the new kitchen and we had the space for the another bathroom albeit very little: we have it!

With a beautiful northerly aspect and perfect deciduous tree out the front the “bones” could not be better. Plans fell onto the page and building began quickly.

The beautifully finished original floor boards complimented by the gentle neutrals and sleek fittings and fixtures make this a haven for years of happy living.
